Program Description

The 2019 International Summer School with a theme titled “City Life” will run for 4-weeks in June 2019.

Key Features of the 2019 Summer School:

4-week taught summer programme for academic and cultural enrichment – Monday 10th June to Friday, 5th July.
Based in UCD’s School of Architecture, Planning & Environmental Policy with access to a Dublin city base.
High calibre studio and teaching staff.
Workshops by internationally renowned architects, designers, and theorists.
International students will participate along with architecture students from UCD.
Recommend to award 6 US credits (10-ECTS) for the successful completion of the Summer School.

Fees: the cost of the programme is €3,500 (approx.. $4,000).


Eligibility: this Summer School will be attractive to students with background studies in architecture; landscape architecture; architectural studies; urban planning; digital media; film studies; photography; liberal arts and the fine arts.
